Time Sheet with Working Time Account and Project Times
Employees record their work times via smartphone app, browser, pc-browser or a time recording terminal. virtic processes the timesheets applying the individual company's agreements for work times and remuneration.
To be able to map the requirements of each company, several dozen columns that can be displayed are available. In this way, you will find precisely the information that result from your operational regulations on your timesheet.
Employees can access their timesheets via their private account or via their App.

Timesheet Examples
Example 1: Simple Timesheet

This simple timesheet contains the following information:
- Datum: date of the start-stamp
- Von: time of the start-stamp
- Bis: time of the end-stamp
- Zeitart: time type of this period
- Arbeitsgang: event stamped by the employee at the beginning of the period
- Baustelle: construction site (cost unit; project), to which the time is posted
- Arb. Std.: performed work time
- SollStd.: target working time on this day
- ÜberStd: overtime on this day
- Pause: break time recorded by the employee
Example 2: Timesheet with additional Information

This timesheet contains the following information:
- Datum: date of the start-stamp
- Von: time of the start-stamp
- Bis: time of the end-stamp
- Zeitart: time type of this period
- Baustelle: construction site (cost unit; project), to which the time is posted
- Arb. Std.: performed work time
- ÜberStd: overtime on this day
- Arbeitszeit Baustelle: time posted to the construction site
- Arbeitszeit Firma: time posted to the company
- Fahrzeit: driving time
Example 3: Timesheet with excerpts of the working time account

This sheet contains the time sheet and excerpts of the employee's working time account.
This sheet contains the following information:
- Datum: date of the start-stamp
- Erf. Von: time of the actual start-stamp
- Von: time of the start-stamp after application of the works agreement (e.g. rounding or capping)
- Erf. Bis: time of the actual end-stamp
- Bis: time of the end-stamp after application of the works agreement (e.g. rounding or capping)
- Baustelle: construction site (cost unit; project), to which the time is posted
- Baust. ID: ID of the construction site (cost unit; project), to which the time is posted
- Soll Std.: target working time of the employee according to his working time agreement
- Dauer: duration of the period
- Pause autom: automatically deducted break according to the works agreement
- Bez. Std.: remunerated times
- Pause erf.: manually recorded break times
- Krank: hours of illness
- Über Std.: overtime on this day
- Arbeitsgang: event stamped by the employee at the beginning of the period
- Zeitart: time type of this period
- Eingaben: additional entries of the employee
The excerpt of the working time account contains the following information:
- Periode: month
- Info: type of posting
- Buchungstext: posting information
- Zuschlag: surcharge that is posted to the account
- Stunden: hours posted to the account
- StdSatz: hourly wage rate
- Stunden: sum of the individual postings of a period
- Std aus Zulagen: hours resulting from allowances
- Wert Zulagen in Std.: value of bonusses in hours
- Saldo: total
Example 4: Timesheet with Excerpt of the Working Time Account and project-related Report

In addition to the timesheet, this sheet also contains an extract from the employee's working time account and an overview of the hours that the employee has recorded at the construction sites.
The timesheet contains the following information:
- Datum: Datum und Uhrzeit der Beginn-Buchung
- Von: time of the start-stamp
- Bis: time of the end-stamp
- Zeitart: time type of this period
- Arbeitsgang: event stamped by the employee at the beginning of the period

- Gef. KM: kilometers driven by the employee for the construction site / project
